Brian Crabtree creates objects, music, and objects that make music. In 2006 with Kelli Cain he founded Monome, pioneering the grid-based performance instrument and exploring new composition systems. His work has been shown at the Museum of Modern art in New York, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Half Hidden in Delhi. Time writing music is shared with an apple orchard and shiitake stacks.
